Online Privacy Policy

CSS Laboratories, Inc. takes great effort to protect your privacy and data security. All personal information you give us when you place an order online is encrypted. CSS only ask for specific types of personal information that enable us to enhance your site visit as well as our follow up with you. CSS will not disclose your personal information to any outside organization without your consent.

 Shipping Policy

Shipment of order will be within 10 business days of order placement. Credit card orders will not be charged until order is shipped.

 Return Policy

Products carry 30 day limited return. Opened software is not returnable. To request for a product return within 30 days, contact CSS and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Warranty Policy

For the period of three (3) years from the date of shipment, products sold hereunder are warranted to be merchantable to meet applicable CSS Laboratories, Inc. (hereinafter CSS) specifications, drawings, processes and procedures, and to be free from defects in material and workmanship, except for those materials supplied by Customer.  Any product or part not manufactured by CSS which is part of or has been incorporated in the final product is furnished subject only to the original manufacturers’ warranties, if any, and without warranties expressed or implied by CSS.

For the period stated above the warranty shall survive any inspection, delivery or termination or expiration of this order.  This warranty shall be immediately void if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, neglect or accident.

WARRANTY CLAIMS/ADJUSTMENTS

All claims under warranty must be received by CSS within the applicable warranty period.  Customer shall (1) notify CSS and obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA), (2) CSS will attempt to resolve claim via telephone and if it cannot be resolved CSS will ship replacement part, (3) Customer shall releases title of alleged defective part to CSS, obtain instructions as to how and where the product should be shipped, (4) shall conspicuously place the RMA number on the outer package shipping label, and (5) return the product to CSS’s factory, shipment prepaid.  Customer will be billed the list price of the part if not returned to CSS within twenty One (21) days of RMA date. 

Upon receipt of alleged defect, CSS shall be afforded the opportunity, for a reasonable time, to determine cause of failure.  In all cases, CSS has the sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of the failure.  If it is found that the product is not as warranted above, the replaced part shall be the exclusive warranty remedy.  Warranty replaced products are warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period.  If it is determined that the product was returned to CSS without cause Customer shall be so notified in writing specifically expressing the basis of such determination and CSS shall charge for testing and associated costs.

THE FOREGOING EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND CUSTOMER’S REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS AND SUCH REMEDIES SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE.
